The course is to be held on several occasions each year at the premises of the Australian Institute of Management, or other nominated venue and is held on three days over two weeks.

Course 1: Thursday 8th, Friday 9th and Monday 12th March

Course 2: Thursday 3rd, Friday 4th and Tuesday 8th May

Course 3: "Property Development Fundamentals" Monday 21st May (Townsville)

Course 4: Monday 16th, Tuesday 17th and Monday 23rd July

Course 5: Thursday 6th, Friday 7th and Monday 10th September

Course 6: Thursday 18th, Friday 19th and Monday 22nd October

Course 7: Thursday 29th and Friday 30th November, Monday 3rd December
